Point Rustin Project
Our client came to us just days within closing on their home and tasked us with the challenge of designing and installing the entire house in time for the summer. We worked with our clients to create a stylish, edited eclectic design scheme for this new construction condo.
We started with the conceptual furniture plans. Layout is one of the most important things in a room.
We worked with the clients using virtual design concept boards and furniture selections and lighting options. Changing out the lighting was a game changer for this space. We provided all the furniture, artwork custom window treatments and updated most of the lighting fixtures. We wanted the clients to feel like they are on vacation all the time. We worked hard to create a cohesiveness luxury vacation experience.
We Incorporated both rough and smooth textures to add interest to an interior, We chose a simple color palette, next we layered in color and played up the warm neutral finishes to create a cohesive look. Custom artwork, accessories and interior styling were really important to bring the project to completion. Eclectic style involves combining styles and periods through a wide variety of items, the curated look. We carries the eclecticism throughout your home to create flow and we did not want anything in the space to feel to precious. We added a few luxury details like the (washable) hotel bedding.

I contacted Alinda after purchasing a second home from out of state. We requested full design services including selecting and the installation of all furniture, lighting, furnishings, and artwork. I requested a very short timeline and she completely delivered! Not only is our home stunning, the whole process was completely painless - I could have as much or as little input as I wanted. When we arrived at our home there was little transition as everything was complete and perfect! Alinda was incredibly prompt, and had fabulous communication. I was incredibly impressed from start to finish and would recommend her to any.
