New Construction | Project Overview

When our clients decided to build their dream home they enlisted us to help with all the details. They were excited about living in a modern home but their previous home was very traditional and this was SO different. They had a set of plans but they were overwhelmed by the layout and no finishes had been selected. 

​

This project has so many great details. We created layers of texture, with warm neutrals, rich velvets and materials grounded in nature that balance out the architectural elements. We love the drama of the black concrete fireplace and architectural elements in the home-it makes such a bold statement.

​

It can be tough to work with a large open concept and still have the space feel cozy and warm. We spent a lot of time talking with them about their likes, dislikes, needs, hopes and dreams so the entire project reflects their style, taste and lifestyle. We developed a complete vocabulary of finishes including color pallet, surface materials, cabinet details, plumbing and lighting. We provided the furnishings. accessories and art.
